OLD-FASHIONED CAKEPOPPY-SEED CAKEPANNA CAKECREPES WITH CREAM – CHEESEPOPPY PIEMÁKOS GUBAWAFERS FILLED WITH LEMON CREAMCREAM-CHEESE PIE |
OLD-FASHIONED CAKE
Ingredients :
- 250 g ground walnut
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g raisins
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation :
Mix the sugar with 3 whole eggs thoroughly. Add 4 tablespoons of flour , the ground walnut , raisins and cinnamon and mix until compact.
Put the mixture in the baking tin (you can cover it with parchment paper or grease it with butter sprinkled with flour). Bake it in the previously heated oven at about 160*C (320-350*F) until crispy brown. When the cake is cooled remove the parchment paper.
Coat the cake with chocolate icing and cut in square pieces.
